ANBI
The Stichting Dutch Starfighter Foundation was designated by the Tax Authorities as a General Benefit Organization (ANBI) and as a Cultural ANBI as of 18 September 2018.
You may therefore declare your gifts, donations, periodical donations and one-off donations to the Dutch Starfighter Foundation as deductions from your income tax.
An additional gift deduction applies to donors of cultural ANBIs. Individuals may deduct the amount of the gift from the income tax return 1.25 times. Companies subject to corporation tax may deduct 1.5 times the amount of the gift in the corporation tax return.
